I'm Stephanie. I create delicious and healthy plant-based recipes that are free from refined sugars.
After battling with uterine fibroids and undergoing surgery more than two years ago, I needed to make significant diet and lifestyle changes to prevent their return. After extensive research, I found that a plant-based diet was the best choice for me.

Before embracing a plant-based lifestyle, I was a baker specializing in custom, decadent desserts and ran a home-based micro-bakery.
In addition to running my own home-based micro-bakery, I have extensive experience in baking and cake decorating for various bakeries. My expertise spans cakes, pastries, small desserts, and custom wedding cakes.
Now that I’ve moved away from making refined sugar baked goods, the skills I acquired as a baker have helped me reinvent decadent desserts into healthier versions. I am deeply passionate about baking and thrilled to share incredible plant-based recipes made with wholesome, natural sweeteners that are also healthy and nutrient-dense.
In my weekly newsletters, I share a variety of recipes that include quick, healthy plant-based meals, snacks, and gourmet desserts. All recipes are free from soy, dairy, and refined sugars, with gluten-free options available.
Each week, I share 2-3 recipes, most of which feature a brief video demonstration to guide you through the cooking process.
My greatest aspiration is to inspire more plant-based eating, regardless of your preferred diet. I’ve seen firsthand the benefits it can have on overall health and want to share that with others.

Founder Members the Founder tier is the highest level, with a yearly membership of $7,000. As a Founder member, you get access to all the previous tiers, plus (1) private virtual cooking session with me, where you can invite up to (4) people in total. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose any of my recipes for us to recreate during the cooking class.
Founders also receive a copy of the Wholesome Plant-Based Digital Cookbook, the 30-Day Plant-Based Challenge Guide, and a physical copy of my first dessert cookbook once it’s released (COMING SOON)!
Founder Members Details:
Once your membership is paid, you will receive a welcome email from me with details on how to schedule your private virtual cooking class and recipe options. Please note that the virtual cooking class schedule requires a 3-month advance notice.
The virtual cooking class will last between 2-4 hours, depending on the recipe. Please note that no-shows will forfeit the cooking session.
Once you book your private virtual cooking class session, you will receive a grocery list, supplies page, and any other necessary details for our session. I will be cooking alongside you virtually, so I’ll also purchase the same ingredients to ensure we’re cooking together in real time.
The virtual cooking class is optional, but if you choose to participate, it must be scheduled and used within one year of your membership purchase date.
