Only a few main ingredients, spices and spelt flour instead of all-purpose flour.

If you have never tried spelt flour, it is a type of flour produced from spelt, an ancient grain that is a distance relative to modern wheat. Spelt (Triticum spelta) has been cultivated for thousands of years and is known for its nutty flavor and nutritional profile.

Spelt Flour is a good source of nutrients, including fiber, protein, and B vitamins. It also contains minerals such as magnesium and iron. I personally choose spelt flour as an alternative to modern wheat or all-purpose flour for its potential nutritional benefits and I tend to have no bloating compared to other flour types when consuming.

The paring of the sweet potatoes, spices and spelt flour is the perfect breakfast that honestly takes like a little dessert.
